Walkin once again
Well it's hard to find anytime for me lately but I am making the effort to go walking after dinner with my neighbor and I think it's a much needed stress reliever not to mention it will help melt off the baby weight I am still trying to shed. I gained 32 lbs this past pregnancy and I've now lost 30lbs of it but to be honest I needed to lose some before i even got pregnant so walking I will go. I've also started my exercise video so well see what happens. Now that I am done having babies I can get myself into the best shape of my life right!! Easy to say now I have to do the hard work to make it happen. I'll keep you posted on my progress!!
